Practice around the actual setting
Start with the people who will attend and the situations they may encounter. A healthcare team, school staff and a public-facing workplace have different daily responsibilities, so the facilitator should understand the environment before agreeing on exercises or discussion.
Ask which behaviors participants will practice, what existing plans should be considered and how supervisors will reinforce learning afterward. SCOUT may support online reinforcement, but enrollment and completion happen in a separate learning system.
