Decision brief

How do NobleSix and SCOUT fit together?

NobleSix can discuss site-specific, facilitated preparedness; SCOUT is its separate online training path for distributed learning and reinforcement. A buyer can begin with either format and decide where live practice adds value. Course access, learner progress, and completion evidence remain in the training environment, not Noble Account. Confirm current curriculum, seat access, instructor availability, and reporting before promising a combined program.

Bring to the conversation: Bring learner roles, locations, desired practice, online access needs, and who will review completion.

Why SCOUT?

  • Self-paced online courses for distributed workforces
  • Progress tracking for training programs
  • Complements in-person NobleSix field training

Where online learning fits

SCOUT can extend a training conversation to people who cannot all attend the same session. Ask which topics learners should cover before or after a facilitated engagement, and how supervisors will discuss the material with their teams.

A NobleSix engagement request does not enroll anyone in SCOUT. Confirm seat access, course availability and completion reporting with the SCOUT team before making a rollout plan.

A specialist. A shared relationship.

Shape the engagement around your people.

Bring your setting, participant roles, situations to practice and expectations for follow-up. Your inquiry is saved for Noble staff follow-up; no external provider receives an order through this site.
