Begin with the role
A package should start with the work someone will perform, where they will work and the access or responsibility involved. Identify the hiring decision the report must support before choosing searches. A basic identity or address-history step can help plan the scope, but it does not by itself verify a person's suitability.
Choose relevant checks
Discuss jurisdiction-specific criminal research, employment or education verification, driving records and any industry-specific sources that fit the role. A healthcare role may require sanctions and credential review; a driving role raises different questions. Decide who reviews exceptions and how the result will be considered within your policy.
Plan volume and administration
If you hire across roles, locations or clients, ask how packages will be configured and kept consistent. Clarify candidate invitations, authorization, report access, account support and any integration your team actually needs. Confirm these capabilities with Noble before assuming they are included in a quoted package.
Confirm current pricing and terms
Use the published package chart as a starting reference. Jurisdictions, verification sources, third-party fees and possible surcharges can change the total. Ask Noble for a current written quote that identifies the included searches, any minimums or contract terms and the cost of an additional search.
Additional screening options
Noble Backgrounds also lists social media screening and OFAC watchlist searches. Ask which options are appropriate for your role and how results should be reviewed within your screening process.
