Plan result review and program support

Noble Diagnostics describes workplace testing administration and Medical Review Officer review. Confirm who coordinates collection, which partners handle each step, and where your authorized team receives verified results.

Medical Review Officers

A Medical Review Officer is a licensed physician who reviews applicable laboratory results. Noble's operational drug-testing page describes laboratory analysis followed by MRO review before a verified result is reported. Ask which tests in your program follow that path, who contacts the donor when review is needed, and when the employer's designated contact receives a final status.

A rapid initial screen and a verified laboratory result are different stages. Confirm the confirmation and review process before deciding when your team can act on a result. Candidate details and test results belong in the testing provider's system, not in this marketing form or Noble Account.

Agree the service contacts

Name a program owner on your side, then ask Noble who will handle daily scheduling, collection questions, result-routing questions, and urgent events. Confirm a backup contact, escalation path, and any response expectations as part of your agreement. This preview does not assign a coordinator or promise a service level.

Share your testing purposes, locations, collection needs, policy owner, and reporting contacts. Ask which steps Noble administers and which laboratory, collector, or other provider performs. That handoff is particularly important when a workforce spans several sites or includes both DOT and non-DOT programs.

Keep the tools in their proper roles

Noble Now and Noble Live are separate operational sign-ins. Ask the Diagnostics team which system applies to your program, who receives access, and how verified status and program records are reviewed there. Noble Account can record a commercial request and staff follow-up; it does not authenticate you to those provider systems or store donor evidence.

Part of The Noble Group

A hiring program may also need background screening, testing supplies, or training. Describe the responsibility you want Noble Diagnostics to own, then scope any other Noble service separately so each handoff and record location is clear.

Bring the testing purpose, locations, current process and the responsibilities your team needs supported. Your inquiry is saved for Noble staff follow-up; no external provider receives an order through this site.
